MISSION

Charity we support: 

Rolda Sweden is a non-profit organization driven by fundraising and was founded on September 5, 2014, and collaborates with Rolda Romania, located in southeastern Romania near the Moldovan border.

The Romanian facility houses approximately 650 dogs. Rolda Sweden being a non-profit organization, is independent of religious and political affiliations, and does not receive government funding. The organization relies entirely on membership fees, sponsors, and donations, with all funds going directly to support Rolda in Romania. All individuals working for the organization do so on a voluntary basis, always prioritizing the welfare of the animals.

Rolda Sweden aims to inform Swedish animal lovers about the challenging conditions in which homeless animals live. They highlight the painful lives these animals often endure, including abuse, in a society that lacks awareness and compassion. Furthermore, corrupt institutions are sometimes responsible for these mistreatments.
